Interview
At first I had a phone interview then in a week I met with the HR person, the same day I had an interview with two analysts one of whom was leaving the job. Extremely generic question. About 20 personality/situation questions (yes, about 20). The interview with two analysts lasted for about an hour. After that I spoke to the main person in the M&A group, spend less than 5 min with her, she seemed very uninterested, asked 1-2 questions (my weaknesses and strengths) and that was it. Heard back in about a month. Didn't get the position (it was clear after the last interview).
Interview Questions
Weaknesses, because who in the world still asks these type of questions? Also it was hard to come up with 20 different examples for 20 different personality questions. Very long and boring interview in general.
