Summer Intern

After doing a resume-drop on our online campus recruitment system, I got an interview. The interview was extremely long- they are looking for traits in people that go along with their CAR method - Capacity, Achievements and Relationships. Tailor your answers to that and you'll be golden. There was a case, which was surprising since I wasn't expecting that. You could choose from 4 different situations and answer following questions about them. They were hypotheticals, like suppose you're the CEO of Shell, how do you deal with carbon dioxide emissons etc. I chose a more business oriented question. Case was mostly interviewer-led. After the interview, they called me in a few days with my offer.
