Summer Intern

I got interviewed by a procurement manager, who tried to make it very clear to me that he is not an "HR person". I actually did not understand why, because he didn´t add any value during the interview. He just read to me one question after the other. That's it. He seemed very uninterested and tired. Also when I tried to ask questions at the end, he seemed very reluctant to answer them. Over not a good experience.
