Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and received an email from HR for a Skype interview. Interview was with two Directors of Research. Both of them were very serious, no nonsense type people. They never smiled once. Seemed like they wouldn't be the most enjoyable people to work with.
Work culture seemed like a good experience. They mentioned that first year analysts would received a lot of exposure to different areas of the investment process, helping out senior analyst, attending meetings with companies, etc.
