The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Skills Test
Interview
Did two rounds, both face to face. First round was all fit and asked every detail on my resume. I got second round excel test after another one declined his offer one month later.
Interview Questions
The excel test itself was fine (lots of accounting entry questions and basic corp fin) but she asked more about how I think about the answers at the end - what do you think about the company, what other data would you ask more, why do you think revenue margin dropped/improved, etc. Since I didn't have corp fin experience at the time but only ER I couldn't answer too much in detail. Eventually she told me how the case was based on real client's model and explained their situation at the time which was quite interesting to know.
