The recruiter first scheduled a phone interview that was very casual and enjoyable. This took about two weeks. She then forwarded me a HireVue link to complete a video Q&A. This part was pretty awkward and difficult because you are talking to yourself. Unless you are some kind of vlogger, this video Q&A might be challenging. The video questions go in more depth on your values, what seperates you, and why you are a good fit. I am still waiting for a final in-person interview and was told it may take up to 1 month to hear back. I hope this helps.
