Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The pre-interview process was seamless, with a human resources professional contacting me to set up a time. I had one half-hour phone interview that was quite pleasant. This was definitely one of the nicer and easier interviews I have been on. The interviewer asked me a lot about myself and my interests. It really seemed like he was trying to get a feel for the type of person I was. This makes sense since it is a relatively small company. I was asked some typical interview questions as well (i.e. how do you work in groups). He also asked me about my previous work experience, however it did not seem as important as trying to judge my personality. My one piece of advice is be yourself and do not over think it. They want to see that you are someone they can spend every day with in a small office. As for the job itself, the people are fantastic. The office culture is very close and everyone is willing and able to help with any question you may have. The additional benefits (food, outings, etc) are a huge plus as well. I definitely recommend considering this company.
