The recruitment process for SijverMile Capital consisted of an online application followed by a series of one-on-one interviews. After an initial screening, I went through both technical and behavioral interviews with members of the investment team.

The technical interview focused on core valuation concepts—such as DCF analysis, comparable companies, and precedent transactions—as well as broader private equity reasoning. I was asked questions like “What would you invest in if you were a PE fund today?”, which required discussing current market dynamics, attractive sectors, and potential investment theses.

The behavioral interview aimed to assess my motivation, professional experiences, and fit with the firm’s culture. Questions centered around past challenges, teamwork, and why I was interested in private equity and SijverMile Capital specifically.

Overall, the process was straightforward and centered on both technical preparation and demonstrating strong interest in the industry.
