Interview Questions
Some of the technical questions on ERISA were complicated for a UK qualified solicitor. There was also a rum through of PPM analysis and LPA questions. Wanted to understand secondary experience. Focus on the funds that I have worked on and the specific role. Ran through subscription documents and asked some specific questions on closing mechanics. Also looked at the jurisdictional disclaimers. In particular, had questions on AIFMD and regulatory concerns in the Europe and experience with structuring Lux vehicles.
