Operations Analyst

Extremely slow process that was very disrespectful towards candidate's time. First interview with HM (virtual): HM showed up late and frazzled, very impersonal. Heard back 3 weeks later that I was invited to next round. Second round consisted of 3x 1:1 interviews with different team members (1 asked questions to determine Excel proficiency and some other general finance technicals. The rest were very behavioral, and everyone was quite nice). Heard back over a week later to get invited to final round. Final round was in-person and also 3x 1:1 (mostly behavioral). Said I would hear an update "soon". Weeks went by without work, no recruiter response. Just an overly long process with zero communication transparency.
