Spoke with a headhunter from a reputable real estate staffing agency who forwarded my resume to SL Green. I had a call with an analyst and two VPs. The first round was a conversation, while the two other interviews were more technical in nature. Did not pass further in the process after third call.

Resume submission for screening followed by a 2 on 1 interview through Skype with one executive joining for a few minutes. This lasted around 40 minutes and was given an offer a few days later. Completed a drug and background test to confirm that i was eligible.

Tell us about an acquisition or development of a property within Manhattan our company has done.
A: While SL Green has completed many loans, acquisitions, and other financing projects, the number one project that comes to mind is OVA (One Vanderbilt). With a total cost exceeding $3B, the project is massive and it is the largest that sl green has done. Additionally, I saw that it is now nearly 60% leased, with just over 16 months until topping out.
