The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Started by connecting with a recruiter through a college campus career fair. After connecting with a recruiter, had four rounds of interview processes. Before the last round of interviews, they ask you to prepare a case study presentation. In the last round of interviews, you speak with two different people, one to present the case to and another for a final behavioral interview. The recruiters are very involved to help you succeed throughout the process and encourage you to network with other people in the company throughout the process. The case was slighty vague in scope, but provided an opportunity for you to present a PowerPoint deck to a potential client and answer questions from the interviewer (posing as the client).

Interview
2 interviews over coffee. 1 interview at office with consultant on IM&A team. I was given time to ask multiple questions to discover more about the role and the company. Definitely geared more towards discovering if I could fit in with the culture.
Interview Questions
Why do you want to pursue consulting?

What is your experience with SQL and Amazon RedShift?

What type of work have you done at your previous internships?

Cam you describe your senior thesis to me?

There weren't questions that were too technical. The majority of interview questions tended to be behavioral questions to discover if I would be able to merge well with the IM&A team. As long as you have a firm understanding of your accomplishments and the experiences you placed on your resume you should be able to navigate through the interview smoothly.
