The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Initial e-mail communication was done through their office manager to set-up times for interviews.

Phone interview consisted of typical "walk me through your resume" with some basic accounting technical questions, such as "all things equal, if net income increases, what account is affected on the balance sheet?". Another was "tell me about your experience at XXX firm". Very simple stuff.

1on1 interview consisted of multiple 1on1 interviews, which were all very behavioral and fit type interviews. I interview with each team member and just chatted while they would ask random questions about my resume. They mainly wanted to see how well an applicant would fit with the team and culture. The culture is a west coast lifestyle bank, no suits or ties, yet make sure to wear a suit and tie to the interview.
Interview Questions
Most difficult question was "Tell me something about yourself that you wouldn't normally tell someone in an interview".
