Business Operations Intern Interview - Sales
Qs: What’s the Best Team You’ve Ever Been a Part of, and Why?/What’s Your Ideal Team?
Tell Us About a Situation Where You Took Initiative or Took on a Leadership Role.
the interview itself was basically a non-interview. I was contacted by recruiter via LinkedIn and, after sending my resume, was invited to a 30-minute interview. I did not have to submit a writing sample which I know is very standard for their interview processes, even for roles that aren’t writing-intensive. In the interview, I was asked the obligatory ‘tell me about yourself’ question, in which the interviewer seemed all but disinterested from the start, and that is the *only* question that was asked about my personal or professional experience - no follow up questions. My whole interview (also) lasted about 30 minutes and, after ‘tell me about yourself’, consisted *solely* of probing questions about my current knowledge of current events involving the company played a large part of the interview.
all the usual questions - what are your strengths and weaknesses. what negative experience at a previous job did you right and how. etc
what your current role is, the scope of it, and perhaps a big recent accomplishment.
