In-person coffee chat led to resume submission to HR. Had a zoom interview with recruiter (basic behaviorals). Led to a first round with two analysts from different coverage groups (basic technicals/behavioral based on resume). Led to zoom superday where I met with 6 total bankers. Highest ranking was a VP. Three consecutive 2v1s. More personal behaviorals and deeper technicals.
