Sortis Invest is based in Sofia, Bulgaria and is wholly owned by Martin Paev, CFA, an investment banker with long-time experience in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, Asset Management and real estate investment. Sortis Invest has excellent working relationships with most of the private equity and venture capital funds that operate in Bulgaria or whose investment policies allow them to make investments in Bulgarian enterprises, as well as with many of the leading commercial banks, leasing companies and non-bank financial institutions in the country.
