First, a phone interview going over my resume. Nothing technical. Second interview was in-person with President and EVP. Went over history of company, more on resume as well as computer skills.

Interview Questions

The most difficult questions were relating to past analysis using Excel. Most of my Excel work was done in the classroom so I didn't have too much experience with real world analysis using pivot tables or VLOOKUPs. Going through and explaining how I would set up pivot tables or nested formulas was the most difficult things to do because of the lack of practice. Other than that, the President of the company took most of the time in the interview with detailing his past and the history of the company.
