Interview
The interview process for this specific position was very simple and laid back. The interviewers wanted to know that I had a basic grasp on pension plans, office culture, and Excel. I later found out that the supervisor I worked under would hand pick resume's and then the interview was more of a formality.
Interview Questions
The questions posed were not all that difficult as I had prepared for much worse. The interview flowed like a conversation about my background and why I took the steps that I did throughout high school and college. At one point, they asked how my experience as an administrative assistant in high school could relate to the role that I was applying for which caught me a bit off guard. However, there was not anything truly difficult about the interview itself. As long as you can speak to your background and have a basic idea of what a pension plan does you should be fine.
