I first had to write a 1000 word essay on the reasons why i wanted to apply to the bank.

Then they sent me several IQ and personality test which I had to pass.

After these two things I got a phone interview in which they asked me a few questions about my background and interests, as well as which area i was interested within the bank.

After that i had phone interviews with 2 team members from my department. They asked me about my CV, about why i had apply to the bank, and what was I expecting to achieve in this internship.

2 weeks after that I received an offer.
