Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online then contacted by recruiter to set up phone interview/phone screen. At the end of the interview the recruiter told me they weren't even sure whether this was an immediate hire posting or a position they could wait x amount of time to onboard the new hire. Seems ridiculous that they took the time to talk to me without figuring that out first, waste of my time and theirs.
