Started off with a phone screen from the recruiter, then you get passed onto one of the managers who will conduct more of a behavioral interview and ask about relevant skills and whatnot, you will also get asked about which industry/sector coverage interests you most and why (I interviewed for corporates, auto/industrials). After this stage you will get a case study consisting of basic credit analysis in a made up scenario and you will have 1-2 days to complete this (my process was entirely virtual due to covid so this may have changed now). Then you will interview with the hiring manager and other team members in the group you have designated interest to. The hiring manager and team members are where the more technical questions come in, e.g. walk me through a cash flow statement etc. Overall good to have a genuine interest in your sector and know accounting concepts.
