Please describe the interview / hiring process.
They came to my school in early October where they had an info session. Later on that month I had submitted my application which was slightly irritating because their website was poorly maintained. I got my first skype interview around November. About three or four weeks later I got notification for second round. In late december I had a second skype interview. By early January I had may offer.
