I applied for their sales manager position for the intralinks team. Applied online through the company portal. Got contacted after 2 weeks, 1st round was a recruiter screen over the phone. Asked basic questions on related background to the role, salary expectations, what do you know about the company? Next round was with a manager, asked similar questions and gave a more high level overview of the team, asked for my approach in sales. Next round is was another 1:1 with a team member. Pretty good process overall, everyone was friendly and seemed to enjoy their work. Questions were basic behaviorals, and why this role?
