Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interviewers targeted all areas of skills required.
They asked specific questions about markets and previous experience and how that will contribute to the organization.
A lot of motivational questions were asked, to determine whether the person is fully committed to application process and the decision to become a member of organization.
Quite a few questions were asked to check logical reasoning and decisiveness in stressful situations.
The interviewers were positive, but did not leave space for relaxing. Could be due to the fact the position requires constant attention.
Personal questions were not asked, and no extremely vague questions were given.
Also it was conducted by all board members, which was quite stressing, because each asked at least one question and it was hard whom I should address the answer.
I really enjoy working in the team now, but the application process was harsh.
