The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Initial 30 min phone screen with mostly fit questions as well as some basic financial statement questions (focus on cash flow statement and income statement), then interview in office with heads of both credit and private equity business sides. Focus on in office interviews was overwhelmingly fit questions. Technical questions at this stage were a stock pitch as well as high level overview of DCF & LBO and how the credit and private equity markets work.
Interview Questions
Walk me through a DCF?
What is an LBO?
Walk me through an income statement.
Stock pitch

Most questions were rather standard/basic entry-level finance questions. If you spent some time preparing at a very basic level, you will be able to ace all of the technical questions with ease. No questions caught me off guard, all were industry standard for low level (sophomore in college) candidates. People in the company are very laid back, spent a good portion making small talk about interests and hobbies.
