Applied online, recruiter called about a week later to set up a phone interview. The interview was for multiple divisions, and I would be placed based on how the interview went. The interview was a little strange, as the conference call software was fuzzy and the interviewers were a bit hard to understand. Almost entirely behavioral interview, with a few questions about MS Suite in there. I expected to be contacted about a second interview, but was offered the position, which I took.
