Interview
Interviewed with VP, Head of the team, HR and one of the personality test contractors. Smooth process due to direct dealings with HR and the Head of the team. No headhunters.
Interview Questions
Most difficult were questions about my willingness to be with the business in the long term in South Africa. Would I leave for other countries such as London or Singapore or elsewhere.
Technically they knew I was good through the references and they were also co-advisors with me on a another deal.
The Head of the team wanted me to work on everything except natural resources but natural resources was their main revenue sector.
There were also a lot of questions about expected promotion and salary levels.
