Starlight Investments, LLC, founded in 1999, is an agent-only investment bank that specializes in merger & acquisition consulting, PIPEs (private investments in public equities) and research for mid-stage, profitable private and public companies in the US and abroad. Most of the firm's investment banking clients have annual EBITDAs of at least $3.5 million.

The company provides a range of corporate financial services to companies of all sizes and assists its clients to identify, plan for and finance the implementation of strategies related to various possible scenarios involving sustainability, Peak Oil, and hyperinflation, among others.

Recent successful fundings have been completed in several industries including Energy, Real estate, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Financial services, Manufacturing and Retail, however, most of the firm's current engagements and expertise lie in Energy, clean technology and alternative fuel sources.
