Interview
I met with the head of human resources for a 1 on 1 interview that lasted about 30 minutes. We covered my resume from top to bottom and she asked more about my experience in certain positions and in organizations on my college campus. It was very straightforward. She also asked me a few behavioral questions and spoke about the company and its culture. Immediately following that interview, I met with a senior underwriter in the profit center for which I was applying. He asked me about school and classes and spoke more about the position. It was very conversational and didn't feel like an interview at all. Both interviewers were very inviting and made me feel very comfortable.
