Interview
Applied online, about 1 month later I received a call from a recruiter asking for an introductory phone screening interview. Call was over the phone, not through video (i.e., Zoom or Teams); I was entirely asked behavioral questions: Tell me about yourself?, Why are you interested in insurance/investing?, Why did you choose your major?, Why State Farm?, etc....
Interview Questions
What kinds of investments to insurers look for? , What does State Farm do with the premium they receive from policies?

Interview
It was pretty simple, I interviewed with the hiring manager for the department. I applied online to the position and was offered an interview about a month later. I completed an online skills interview and then completed a 1 on 1 interview for the position afterwards. I was then emailed back after a month or two with my offer.
Interview Questions
There were no unexpected interview questions. I was able to find them all online and prepare for them. Everything was basic interviewing procedure.

But I must explain to you how all this mistaken idea of denouncing pleasure and praising pain was born and I will give you a complete account of the system, and expound the actual teachings of the great explorer of the truth, the master-builder of human happiness. No one rejects, dislikes, or avoids pleasure itself, because it is

other hand, we denounce with righteous indignation and dislike men who are so beguiled and demoralized by the charms of pleasure of the moment, so blinded by desire, that they cannot foresee the pain and trouble that are bound to ensue; and equal blame belongs to those who fail in their duty through weakness of will, which is the same as saying through shrinking from toil and pain. These cases are perfectly simple and easy to distinguish. In a free hour, when our power of choice is untrammelled.

There was a heavy emphasis on the theoretical understanding of algorithms. I happen to have SAS experience which is why they asked. Normally R would suffice.

Phone Interview
Interview
Invited to a special networking event in December. Received phone calls from recruiters in January. Heard back a few weeks after the phone interview.
Interview Questions
I thought the recruiter would ask me standard questions like why I was interested in the company, why operations, etc., but she focused on solely behavioral questions like describe your experience working in a global team, what is the hardest assignment you've completed, etc. It was interesting because I had spoken to recruiters from different groups (regulations and global markets), and they were much more concerned with reviewing my resume and understanding my interests. The operations recruiter, however, went straight to asking behavioral questions without understanding what I wanted out of an internship.

Interview
I found the job listing on my college career center website and sent my resume and cover letter. I was contacted 1-2 weeks later and scheduled a phone interview. The interview was very informal and lasted close to an hour and a half because we got off track numerous times. I then was asked to draft a mock business plan for my own State Farm Agency and include a "hot list" potential clients I know in the Charlotte area. This lasted about 3 weeks with agent working closely with me to tailor my business plan and hot list accordingly. Finally, I then scheduled a final round interview. However, because the Christmas and New Years holidays happened to fall during this stage in my interviews, I conducted a skype panel interview instead of getting flown up to Charlotte for a face-to-face. On the panel interview, I was asked a series of basic behavioral questions, as well as walked through my resume, and then was given a time to ask any questions of my own. Overall the process was fairly easy, and they were helpful in assisting me whenever I needed direction.
Interview Questions
They took the weakest areas of my resume and directly asked questions about it. Like "why do you choose to not put your GPA in your resume?"
They asked me if I was a risk taker or risk adverse, why, and provide and example from your experiences.
