Interview
Started with initial phone call with HR. Then had two rounds back to back via zoom with 2 people each from the investment team. Everyone was very nice and wanted to get to know you and your interest in SWIB, as well as why LP side. Superday is on-site. 5 hour process with 4 rounds of interviews and a case study.
Interview Questions
No hard questions. The case study was probably the only technical. You sit in a room with everyone from the PE team and get asked a lot of scenario questions. It would be nice prepare a structure for LP investment and fund investment process.
