Phone interview consisted of fit questions and going over my Resume. The phone interview lasted about 15 minutes before I was offered an in person interview at their office. Arrived at the office and had to fill out a skills test that covered basic accounting stuff and some VERY basic valuation stuff, the interview was extremely short (20 minutes) and I was offered the job the next day. They acted like I was over qualified for the position, and in hindsight I was. But nonetheless, good name and experience for my 1st out of 3 internships while in university (co-op program).
