Future Focus, Associate II

Fairly straightforward. I applied, they invited me to a "networking event" that introduced us to the company and also involved "speed dating" style interviews with managers. They had maybe 6 or 7 candidates at a table with a manager discussing pre-prepared questions and other things - nothing technical. The managers would then take everyone's card and pick a candidate or two that they liked, and they were invited back for another round of interviews. In that round, I just talked to two guys who asked me some behavioral questions, and sent me on my way in less then a half hour. I got a job offer within a week or two, which I accepted.
Interview process for this program is nothing to be scared of.
