FX Sales Intern

I submitted an application via on campus recruiting, and was invited for on-site interviews immediately afterwards. The on-site interview consisted of 2 interviews with full time Sales VPs, and were 15 minutes long each. No technical questions, all behavioral. The interviewers looked very busy and eager to continue working at their desks. The questions were not very difficult, and it seemed as though they had already made up their minds to hire me early on in their interviews.
