Applied through State Street's Website in February of 2014. Got an email about three weeks later asking to set up a time to come in for an interview, but since I was at school almost 500 miles away we decided to conduct a phone interview instead of an in person one. Interview was fairly straight forward, mostly fit questions and resume related questions with only some technical questions about FX and Fixed Income. Hit it off with the two people who interviewed me, but then I didn't hear from them for about a month. Received an offer in mid-april and accepted a day later.
