Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I received an email from a recruiter about 2 months after applying online to set up a initial phone interview. I spoke with the recruiter for about 30 minutes. It was a basic first-round interview mostly focusing on fit rather than technicals. Although I didn't make it to the final round, I thought the interview went well, and my interactions with the firm went smoothly.
