Interview Questions
General fit questions on why boutique over big bank, largely focused on fit within the team as they are looking to hire for the long term and not looking for someone to use the firm as a stepping stone for something bigger. Asked on previous experiences, if any, and any technical skills i.e. factset/capital iq/bloomberg used in previous work experience. The case study prepared beforehand was hardly discussed, likely used as a filter for applicants from the first round interview to final interview.
