Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward: Stellex visited our campus for a firm presentation, I applied online as I was interested in the role and began reaching out to individuals at the firm, had some good conversations and was fortunate enough to be invited to interview. Interview was with a first-year associate and was very conversational, focusing mainly on behaviorals with some basic M&I technicals. Was not lucky enough to move onto the next round but had friends who went through several more rounds of interviews before receiving offers.
