Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A friend of a friend knew an associate in one of their offices who hooked me up with a phone interview. Had 2 30 min phone calls with an associate, then a VP. Both went very well, they were easy to talk to and didn't ask any BS questions. Minimal technical q's were asked, pretty easy stuff you'd expect. Stephens is huge on company history. I threw in a fact about their history and you could tell the VP was excited to hear it. They're very proud of being family owned and operated since inception, if you can work that into the conversation I highly recommend it.
