Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Stephens starts out with on campus recruiting for target schools. For non-target candidates, they have on banker who runs a separate process for phone interviews. After the first-round phone interview, there was a month-long wait before being invited to the superday. The superday is pretty special as Stephens flies candidates in on their corporate jets and puts them in a five star hotel. The interviews are pretty vanilla, with more fit-based questions.
