Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was OCR. I was interviewed by a third year analyst and an associate. Questions were standard behavioral questions with a few simple technicals (e.g., what valuation methodologies would you use to value a private company, walk me through a DCF, etc.). I heard back with a superday invite 7-10 days later.

I flew out to the superday on Stephens' private jet. The day that candidates arrived in Little Rock, we had a cocktail hour with senior bankers, followed by a dinner with senior bankers. After dinner, candidates went to a bar with junior analysts. The superday itself consisted of seven 30-minute interviews. There were surprisingly few technicals. Questions were primarily "why Stephens, why IB, etc." I received an offer the next day.
