Investment Banking Analyst

The night before, you go to a dinner and bar event where you get to know the workers. It's pretty fun and a good opportunity to get to know everyone at the firm. The interview process itself was pretty easy. I only received one technical question and it was not very difficult (it was a pretty easy WACC question). There were seven back-to-back interviews with one half-hour break in between. All of the interviewers were very nice and each person made a serious effort to learn about the candidates. I was pretty disappointed that I didn't get a chance to join the firm, but I appreciated the interview and that Stephens actually rejected me (instead of keeping me on hold indefinitely).
