Investment Banking Analyst

Stephens, Inc posted a resume drop on our career center website for an investment banking analyst position. I dropped my resume, and was informed two weeks later that I was invited for a one on one campus interview. The position was based out of either the NYC or Atlanta office. The interviewer was an alumnus from my school who also played varsity football. He told me that they were interviewing 8 candidates on campus and hoping to move 2 of them forward to the superday round at the HQ in Little Rock. The interviewer was a second year analyst and he was very nice and friendly. Overall, it was a good interview experience despite not getting called back for a next round.
