Applied via campus job board. Two 1-on-1 interviews on zoom, one in-person superday consisting of 8 15 minute interviews. Only technicals I ever got were during second round zoom interview.
Interview Questions
Only technicals were three statements, EV vs. equity value, and three ways to value a company. Mostly was just a huge emphasis on "Why Stephens," "Why Little Rock," "Why IB," etc.

Interview
Had a 30 minute 1st round with an analyst and then a 30 minute 2nd round with an Associate, and that's how far I made it. Both rounds had mix of behaviorals and technicals, 1st round was more about basic DCF, financial statements, and valuation, 2nd round more about LBO and LBO debt specifically. Behaviorals centered around why Stephens, resume walkthrough, why Dallas, why IB, and some resume specific questions. People are friendly
Interview Questions
How would interest rate changes impact an LBO/would you care about that as a financial sponsor? Walk me through an LBO? Why do financial buyers care more about interest rate environment than strategic? Walk me through a DCF? What is WACC? What are the 4 valuation methodologies?

Final round: in person superday, again mix of behaviorals technicals and some brain teasers. No paper LBO or questions about specific deals or the market, all expected 400-guide questions mainly and a few conceptual ones.

Interview
The company recruited directly off of my campus and opened the role for everyone. There was a stock pitch competition they hosted beforehand, but this was not a required step in acquiring the interview (even though I did both the interview and stock pitch). The associates who interviewed me were extremely nice and easy to talk to, hosting a networking event afterwards.
Interview Questions
Can you tell us something about yourself that is not on your resume?
If I gave you $1 million and the only criteria was that you had to outperform the S&P 500 in one year without doing anything illegal, what would you invest in?
