Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Began by networking with ~8 associates, one of them referred me to HR which led to a first-round interview scheduled two weeks later. The first round was all behavioral with a younger associate. The Super Day was two weeks after that, which consisted of three 20-minute interview rooms, one technical and two behavioral. The technical room was very basic. The interviewers were the co-heads of equity research and a senior ER sales manager. I got the call with my offer the next afternoon.
