Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Spoke on the phone with an HR recruiter from iBanking, and I expressed my interest in equity research. Was invited to superday in Baltimore. Dinner beforehand was networking event with head analysts and head of research. Was paired with and spoke to analysts who covered specific industries i was interested in. Interviews the next day consisted of 3 30 minute interviews back to back.
