What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first part of the interview consisted of a call with a recruiter. This was a phone screening and was fairly easy. The second part of the interview consisted of a phone call with an associate on the Stifel team. The interview was fairly generic - a mix of fit and technical questions. It lasted about 45 minutes. In addition to the questions asked, I was required to walk through my resume and go into detail about various courses I took, clubs I led/took part in, and interests outside of the office.
