Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone interview followed by final round in office. First interview in person was one on one followed by three 2 on 1's. The interviews were hardly technical in comparison to the other BB's or elite boutiques I interviewed with. They gave me the common "how does depreciation/capex/wc etc. flow through the three statements?". I got the technicals no problem but I'm pretty sure I got the offer because of the fit portion. MD's were really easy going and we got along great.
