Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied on campus and got an email from HR stating that I had been selected for the first round. Two on two interview lasting about thirst minutes. Interviewers were an associate and a VP. Really nice guys, very conversational. Did some basic technicals and asked the standard fit questions (why banking, where do you see yourself going, etc.). Definitely prepare for the technicals, and be able to articulate what originally drew you to banking.
