Investment Banking Analyst

Applied through the university recruitment page at UMD. I was contacted for a first-round interview on campus which consisted of a second year analyst and a VP. Both were friendly people who went through the standard behavioral questions as well as a few simple technicals (financial statement questions, take me through a DCF, etc). The super-day was 5 2-1 interviews at the office in Baltimore where each group of interviewers seemed to have a different "topic" they were supposed to be questioning me about. One was previous experience, two were technicals, one was leadership, and one was just the nice guys who were supposed to sell the firm to me from what I could tell. I thought it went pretty well, and everyone was nice. The technicals they asked were more comprehensive than the first round, but they seemed happy to answer questions that I had to help me get through them.
